The Philippines has 3,621 victims of Typhoon Haiyan

The official death toll from Typhoon Haiyan that ravaged the Philippines is mounted dead Friday in 3621 , according to a government agency , thus approaching the 4,460 deaths reported by the UN. Reynaldo Balido , spokesman for the National Council for the reduction and disaster management , also said that 1,140 people were missing .
The previous record of 2,360 government announced dead and 77 missing.
