  6. Stand straightly on your foot joined your hand fingers and up it on your head and you bend yourself but during it you must straight your other leg and after that you do it on your other leg. You can repeat it 5 to 10 times.
  7. The second last step is here is that you lay on the floor and up your legs some less then you up your head and touch your feet with your hands and do it for 2 to 3 times.
  8. Sit on the floor with the legs and keep your hands on knee and bend yourself to touching a knee. You can do it 2 to 5 times.
